Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs for service improvement

To provide, operate, and improve the PHULAX service
To generate AI-powered estimates and blueprints using your project descriptions
To send transactional emails (blueprint completion, password resets)
To process payments and manage your subscription
To respond to support requests

3. AI Processing

Project descriptions and uploaded files you submit are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate estimates and blueprints. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their use of this data. We do not use your project data to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Stripe — payment processing
Anthropic — AI estimate and blueprint generation
Stability AI — project photo rendering
Service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email)

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and project data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, which will permanently remove your data within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We use session cookies necessary for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
