1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PHULAX BlueprintAI ("Service"), operated by Phulax LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PHULAX BlueprintAI is an AI-powered construction estimating and project management platform that generates cost estimates, blueprint drawings, material takeoffs, and related project documentation.

Important: AI-generated estimates and blueprints are for planning purposes only. They are not stamped engineering drawings, do not replace a licensed architect or engineer, and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before use for permits or construction.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • The Basic plan is a one-time purchase
  • All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store payment card data
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limits or access restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute AI-generated outputs as your own proprietary product
  • Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service to generate estimates with intent to defraud clients

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the project descriptions and data you input. The estimates, blueprints, and documents generated from your input are yours to use for your projects. PHULAX retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying AI workflows.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated estimates are approximations. Actual project costs will vary. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phulax LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated estimates or blueprints. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in binding arbitration.
